This lesson’s objectives were; to identify the integral components of a winning team; to acquaint leaders with the importance and value of delegation; to help leaders recognize their personal obstacles to developing a winning team; and to encourage leaders to put others first and develop teams that reproduce other leaders.

At the close of the final seminar lesson there was a short break. Then there was a 45 minute Q and A session. The leadership conference was a success and people shared how they were benefitted. It was a blessing to have pastors of other churches there that were encouraged to receive the training. To God Be The Glory!

The host church provided a delicious lunch for all the leadership attendees.
