Pastor McGensy started our day with prayer. Pastor Wangi and his wife drove us to the airport for our flight to New Zealand. We arrived in New Zealand about 3PM on Tuesday afternoon. We were met by Pastor Tony Spandow, who was so excited to welcome us. He greeted us all with a big hug; he will never know how much that kind of welcome and expression of brotherly love meant to all of us.
At 7:30 PM Tuesday evening we had a spirit filled worship service. The praise team lifted the service to the glory of God. Pastor McGensy introduced the mission team to the congregation. Anthony Brown gave a gracious welcome and his personal testimony, Deacon Nathan Moore played a moving trumpet solo, Rev. Thomas Hite provided a devotional scripture reading and Pastor McGensy preached a passionate message. After the message Pastor McGensy extend an altar call where 80 to 90 percent came forward, some for receiving the Lord, deliverance, healing, and special prayer needs. The people expressed such and openness to the moving of the Holy Spirit. To God Be The Glory!
After the service we retired to the social hall for tea and refreshments. The love, excitement and the joy of all of us fellowshipping together had to please the Lord.
