 Global Mission - Vision Statement

1. Africa, 2. Antarctica, 3. Asia, 4. Australia, 5. Europe, 6. North America, 7. South America

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life".  John. 3:16

Our Global Mission Project will assist in conquering spiritual darkness around the world as part of the greater fulfillment of Matthew 24:14. "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come."

With vigilance, Family Community Church is firmly committed in establishing and sustaining global mission projects on all seven continents which support this purpose... Acts 1:8 "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

We are committed regardless of cost or sacrifice, the church of Jesus Christ has been commissioned to this project and will pursue it vigorously, with the aid of the Holy Spirit. "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.  Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.  Amen Matt 28:18-20

Global Mission - Strategy

Our Short-term Mission Strategy

Family Community Church will continue to seek the Lord leading in indentifying existing Mission Ministries on all seven continents.

We will personally visit each of these ministries and collaborate with them to establish a relationship that will not only further the preaching of the Gospel through out the world, but also establish short-term missionary opportunity for our church members of all ages.

We will actively pursue other churches to work in partnership with us in our effort of reaching the world for Christ.

Our Long-term Strategy

As we continue with our Short-term Strategy goals, while at the same time growing spiritually and financially as a church. It is our sincere desire to mature to the point that we will have full-time missionary on all seven continents preaching and or teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

It is our further goal, once our Christian school resumes operations that the school’s administrative and international academic program would merge with our Church’s Global Mission Project.

"Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.

4 "Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith. Hab 2:2-4

  Global Mission Project Itinerary

Since the announcement on October 4, 2009, that Family Community Church would be sending Pastor McGensy and Reverend Dr. Nzash Lumeya to Congo, Africa to launch and establish our 1st leg of our Global Mission Project, a great deal of interest has been expressed by many members of our church to be included in future mission projects.  (Acts 13:1-3)

Below, please find Family Community Church’s Global Mission Ministry’s completed itineraries.  If you would like to be included on a list to receive additional information and requirements for any of our up coming mission projects, please contact the church office at (559)323-5002.

We can all be a part of our Global Mission Project as we continue to pray for the souls that will be reached through our Christian efforts as well as safe travel for the missionaries being sent.

Acts 13:1-3   “Now in the church that was at Antioch there were certain prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. 2 As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, "Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them." 3 Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.”
